Who we are
Senior, practical, close to the work
Firefly is a small team of senior advisers based in New Zealand. We have spent our careers inside large organisations — leading data, strategy and change from within — so we know what it looks like when good intentions meet messy reality.
We work best on problems that do not fit neatly in one box: where the data, the strategy and the people all have to move together. We are hands-on, plain-speaking, and comfortable telling you what we would do in your position.
